Maya has more than 20 years of experience in the banking sector in various positions. She joined the Pubinvest team since its foundation and holds the position of call center manager.

Nikoloz is the shareholder and founding member of Pabinvest. He has 15 years of experience in the financial industry, particularly in distressed asset management. In addition, he is still active in various businesses as a shareholder and founding

Zurab is the founding shareholder of two microfinance organizations. He worked at TBC Bank for over ten years and held various managerial positions. Before establishing Pabinvest, he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of one of the largest microfinance organizations.
